I have 11 plus years working in construction. In 2003 I was certified as a home inspector and stared a home inspection business. In 2006 I became a licensed Realtor. I've been an ongoing student of investing and am now ready to put my self to the test.
From what I have already seen and learned from others on this site, I know I will be able to achieve my goals.
I have experience working with Gen. contractors in high end remodel's, union construction, and everyday repairs. I understand about time and material.
My home inspection backgroung has helped me to distinguish between safety, cosmetic, and structural concerns.
My Realtors background has helped me to understand the process, the paper work, and the property.
Buy and hold apartments, useing private lenders, and property management companies.
I would like to put my first deal together and close with in 90 days.
Information for private lender money, be it, legal or ethical, such as interest rates, terms, bank accounts, forms, contracts, business entities, and so forth. I know The DRE, and real estate brokers teach more of how to be self employed. I need to know the legal side of investing.
