In my own words...

Anwell Tsai, a Realtor with Real Estate One, grew up in the business. Both parents and his older brother work full time in Real Estate and have invested in and managed various condominiums, single and multi family homes, and apartment complexes throughout Boston and the surrounding suburbs, as well as in New Hampshire.

Anwell is extremely interested in analyzing property from a variety of viewpoints, utilizing different financial models. He is always investigating better ways to market properties through technology.

He writes about various Real Estate issues in his blog at www.Valuationhome.com. He is also a weekly contributor to the leading Real Estate Investing Networking site, BiggerPockets.com. When he is not out looking at homes, Anwell loves expressing his creative side through the joys of music making on his violin.
