I'm a part-time investor. I got in the RE game a little under two years ago.

Experience
The bulk of my experience over the past few years has been centered around "buy and Hold" rental property. I own one Duplex and 7 SFH. I'm currently in the process of rehabbing my first flip.
I am currently mentoring a few new investors on the bi-weekly basis. I'm not a guru, but I am happy to pass along the things I have learned both - the good and the bad! Please feel free to email me and say hello!
Real Estate Goals
I am currently working toward a monthly cash flow of 15K.
I am in the process of purchasing 3-4 SFH in the next 12 months. I plan to use a combination of JV partnerships with traditoinal 20/80 financing.
I'm also starting to explore OWC deals - nothing's panned out yet, but I'm open to it.
Currently Seeking
Buying more property and learning from more experienced investors.
