Hello,
I have been investing in real estate, in Seattle-Tacoma area since 1989.I have bought and sold over 30 properties now and made a profit on every one.5 years ago I became a licensed real estate professional and have been helping others invest in real estate as well. Currently I am holding 3 rentals, one home that we rehabbed and is on the market. Our primary home was purchased 5 years ago, subject to short sale. We have rehabbed it as well and believed to have doubled the value. I would be happy to talk with people about investing in the Puget Sound area. It seems this area is slowing down, market time, but our economy is still strong.
