What's up, I'm B-Wats and i've been studying real estate for about three years. The reason I say studying is because i've never actually done a deal. Nonetheless I'm tired of sitting on the sidelines and ready to begin building my own personal empire. I'm 21 and since I was 15 I knew I would eventually stop beating around the bush and step into the RE Investment world. I wanted to check other businesses and investment ventures just to make sure I was making the right commitment. My real estate extends as far as being an assistant to two real estate investors. I'm here to expand my knowledge as I grow into a full time investor.

Real Estate Goals

I have long term goals in real estate but I'd rather reveal them the closer I get to them so there won't be any "yeah rights" going on lol. Seriously though, my goals for 2008- 2009:Obtain Real Estate License
Begin Find and Assign RE
Invest in Tax Lien Certificates
Those are my three major goals in real estate this year. If I make profits in the next year that will be a plus as well but, I'm more excited to create or learn a great set of system first.
