I currently am a part-time investor in mutli-family units. At this time I have a total of 10 rental units, but am looking to get started in Mobile Home Investing. I have always been interested in it, but am finally taking the plunge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Experience
I currently own a total of 10 rental units, which consist of a 5 unit building, a 4 unit building and SFH.
I have poked around in Short Sales, REO's, SFH and Multi-family housing.
I am also getting started in investing in mobile homes, which is what originally got me started in Real Estate Investing.
Real Estate Goals
I plan on furthering my investment goals through Mobile Home Investing.
My goal is to purchase one mobile home a month for a minimum of a year.
These purchases will be either quick flips or me holding a note when all is said and done.
Currently Seeking
Currently seeking mentors who are active in investing in mobile homes. And would love to meet face to face if possible.
