Although Wholesaling Real Estate is relatively new to me, Real Estate; in general; is nothing new to me at all. I say that with confidence, for my entire family has been actively involved in the industry for generations in one form or the other - Be is as a Builder, Realtor, Investor, etc...

Previously to Wholesaling Real Estate, I have been & presently still am property manager of my Family's properties in the Ohio Valley Area. As a property manager; my duties would involve property maintenance, showings, arranging appointments & transactional management - As well as numerous other obligations evoked upon a property manager.

Through out the years - both present and past - as property manager, I have learned a great deal and accumulated a great deal of work experience required for any aspiring Real Estate Investor. Due to that fact alone, I have taken it upon myself to branch out on my own - opting to take up Real Estate Wholesaling as a great way to start...

As we speak; I currently do not have any properties available for sale; however; that will change relatively soon. Presently, I am primarily focused on building up my buyers list and networking with other seasoned investors - All the while learning as much as possible!

With all of that said, I look forward to building a strong relationship - both in the business sense, as much as personally - All the while providing my clients with top quality properties at rock bottom prices in the months to come!
