I purchased my first home as a 22yr. old and made $70k in 2 years. I left corporate america and started my own remodeling company. As a general contractor I have been employed by individual property investors and national property investors in the role of construction manager. I have reasources in every trade. Now I look for the properties with the absolute worst foundations.

Build a small rental portfolio so that I can use it as a retirement fund.
