I've been investing full time since early 1998.
Prior to that, worked in Law enforcement.
Always been a biker, and what you see is what you get with me.
I'm rather straight forward, which does put some folks off, however, for those who listen, they'll find I'm very passionate about investing, and frankly, rather good at it.
I try to give back as much as possible, have written a couple books, do mentor, but make my living investing.
Riding my Harley is my real passion, and investing is simply the method I use to finance that lifestyle.
I am married with two teenage kids, several pets, and live in Sunny Florida.

Experience

Began investing in Illinois while working in Law Enforcment. When my investing income surpassed my job income, I quit and went full time.
I've done every type of investing, from wholesale flips, to buy and hold.
Mostly invest for cashflow now.
I use many methods for buying, ranging from cash to subject to.
I prefer subject to, it is somewhat my niche, and something I teach as well.

Real Estate Goals

To maintain the lifestyle I have for the last several years, which has allowed me to see my children grow up, and spend every day with them and my wife.
Eventually, my goal is to own nothing but paper, no more landlording, aside from some commercial ventures we are involved in now, and others we anticipate in the future.
