I'm a real estate investor and broker. I've been investing in real estate for over six years. After several years of not being able to land the great deals I obtained the real estate sales license. Once I obtained the sales license the investing really took off to the next level.

I'm a father of one and married to my lovely, and supportive wife!

Real Estate Experience

Active Broker and real estate investor for more than six years. I have completed short sales, owner financed, estate purchases, and HUD and REO transaction for my portfolio. I've also done many flips and rehabs.

Real Estate Goals

I'm an opportunist! If a deal works, I'll bite! Building wealth through buy and hold has been my strategy, however lucrative flips have been treating me well!

Multi-family turn around projects.
