I've been a real estate investor since 2000; full-time since 2005. As co-owner of Bue Sky Homes, LLC, I take great pride in the quality of the homes we buy, sell and make available for rent, as well as finding solutions for homeowners, homebuyers, lenders, and renters alike.

Our 'no-slum-lords-allowed' approach has earned us the respect of our tenants and the neighboring homeowners.

Experience

I have bought and sold on both the wholesale and retail side, from $18,000 fixer-uppers to million-dollar waterfront estates. I've bought properties through various methods, including marketing to FSBOs, absentee landlords, owners of vacant properties, word-of-mouth, buying foreclosed properties on the courthouse steps, and so on.

Currently I manage our rentals myself, and hope to be managing many, many more in the coming year!
