My journey into the real estate world started in Sept 2001. I passed my real estate class exam after passing thru a Tropical Storm. My adventure took me to being a mortgage originator for an interest free financing company (no promissory note - but backed by Freddie Mac).
Now I am starting a short sale investing enterprise. My major aim is for higher end homes. I have seen at least 4 systems of short sales. I am looking for JV partners around the country looking to work on short sales.

Experience

I am an active Real Estate Agent in Tampa Florida. This lead me to being a loan Originator for specialized financing company with no interest financing. They used a profit model. With the changing market, I got educated in real estate investing and I am now moving on the real estate investing front. My son, a lawyer, is assisting me with negiotating short sales with our real estate partners - the banks.

Real Estate Goals

My business model calls for me to market my services to the realtors in Florida who are selling short sales. Our goal is to be negiotating around 50 short sales by December, 2009.

Currently Seeking

1. Realtors with short sales who would like to make a full commission working a short sale with no issue of negiotating with the bank. This is accomplished by a double closing.
2. I am looking for JV partners around the state of Florida and around the US in general. Preferrably, other realtors who want to move to real estate investing.
3. Private money to fund the double closing.
