Hi BiggerPockets Community members! I am new to the Real Estate world. My husband is 100% disabled, I have 4 children still at home and am trying to squeeze as much time as possible learning RE strategies on my own. I am looking to get into wholesaling & assignments to secure a future for myself and my children. I've read as much free information as I can from Guru's on the net as I don't have the money or credit to afford "courses". I am also tossing around the idea of being a "bird dog" for investors looking to expand portfolios.
