I love selling & owning real estate and learning more about it! I don't have the stomach for flipping but I'm happy as a clam being a landlord.

As a real estate agent I have done about 150 deals for other people. As an investor I currently own 3 rental properties in CA. I have bought, rehabbed and sold several other properties as owner-occupied taking my "free" capital gains with me.

Real Estate Goals

To acquire 3 more rental properties in lower-priced areas in CA within a 3-hr drive of Long Beach.

Currently Seeking

1. To build a relationship with a wholesaler in the Long Beach/So Bay/North OC area.
2. To seek rental properties in low-priced areas in CA.
