Currently, I am twenty-six years old. I own 11 rental units.

Real Estate Experience

I have been a landlord for four years. I really enjoy real estate and believe that real estate is one of the keys to financial success. I also enjoy starting and creating businesses. I currently own a computer consulting business call Today's Technology and also started a restaurant.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to create enough cash flow so that I will be completely financially independent with no notes on any of my properties. I will exchange my services and money in return for properties that will create enough cashflow to surpass my expenses. Thus being Financially Independent.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking real estate that will be exchanged for money. I am intending to buy any property with 4 or more units that are located in a good location. It will be the worst looking unit on the best block and create a cash flow of $1000.00 or more in profit.
