Hey everyone! I am new to the world of wholesaling, and thoroughly excited to learn everything I can from this website! I just got married in Aug 09, and started a family Dec 10. I want to give them a stable financial life, and this is the most logical way I can see of doing it!

Real Estate Goals

I'm going to focus the next few years on wholesaling homes to build up my cash flow. Hopefully in doing all of this, I'll be able to keep a couple of the houses as income properties. Eventually, I would like to become financially stable and free, and spend my time teaching others how to do the same.
