My name is Bridgette Poppell , I am a property locator/bird-dog in SW Florida . Im just a property locator right now trying to learn as much as I can I have been working with a couple of people teaching me the business and helping me out i would like to say thank you , you know who you are im working on commercial properties of all kinds,notes pn/npn , and lease option/rent to own in my area I find out what people need and I get it for them.Finding buyers sellers and renters in my area.

I want to eventually get into investing for myself after I work a few deals with another investor first to learn about it, I am thinking about wholesaling but, I've still got a lot to learn.Also doing commercial .I have started lease option right now with an investor in my market and working with 2 others , enjoying every bit of it
