Investors who would like to partner with me and provide funding for deals in the 100K range (purchase and rehab). Profits would be shared 50/50 with 3-4 month turn-around. Single family rental grade properties with the intention of selling to other investors. I manage the whole process from property acquisition to rehab to sale. I am in connection with many other investors that would be interested in buying newly renovated rental properties at below market levels while still turning a profit.
