I am a single/divorced father of two children and after struggling from pay check to pay check, decided to further my financial I.Q. I have began reading a segment of the Rich Dad/Poor Dad books by Robert Kyosaki and have attended one real estate investment class. Beginning January 3, 2011 I began a 15 month mentorship through Tim Taylor and have learned a great deal from changing my mind set to learning and understanding various selling and buying strategies.
Experience
Real Estate Investment class through Tigrent Learning and currently a 15 month mentorship with Tim Taylor.
Real Estate Goals
To generate earned income, passive and portfolio income by becoming well adverse in wholesaling, short selling, foreclosures, rehabbing, renting and lease w/ option to purchase. I want to become knowledgable purchasing multi-unit apartment complexes and mobile/manufactured homes.
Currently Seeking
I am seeking guidance and/or mentor(s) to help guide me in how to best achieve my goals. I want to continue to learn about Real Estate Investing so that I can become financially free to quit my current job and focus on investing.
