My passion for real estate started of in a different direction when I was 18 and decided to go to school for architecture. Once I discover that architecture was primarily performed from behind a desk I ws a bit turned of as I I'm quite a social being. After way to many episodes of flip that house and countless finance and accounting classes , I put the two together and bought my first house at age 19. Intended to fix it up and resell in approximately 2 years to avoid the whole capital gains thing;). I learned more than I could have imagined and made out nicely in the end. I have been hooked ever since then!

Real Estate Goals

As of right now I will be doing a few rehabs per year and hopefully acquiring some SFHs and MFHs to create a little residual. In the future I would love to get into commercial new development and high end housing. The sky is the limit.
