First off real estate is my passion and I have been invloved in real estate for the past 6 yrs approximately. I don't have a niche in real estate but rather have multiple streams of income from my different real estate business' or related services. I have partners in all of my companies and think two heads or more are way better than one.

If it doesn't pertain to real estate we don't need to talk, just kidding but I do love the business. I also love seeing other people succeed in this business because no where else can you go and make the kind of money you can in real estate. I'm happily married now for the past 9 years and together my wife and I have a four legged child named Molly (Pomeranian). My wife and I spend 24/7 together which when we are not working we enjoy going out, taking long walks, and working around our home.

Experience

It's pretty diversed but I have purchased rehabs to fix & sell, I own rental properties, I assign contracts, and I also do property management.

Besides my real estate investing company I also co own a company that provides short trasactional funding for short sale investors. We also provide hard money lending to investors.

I have another company that provides credit restoration for home owners or for anyone who is looking to restablish their good name and credit.

I guess you can say I stay pretty busy.
