I am a new investor with several experienced investors in my family. I own 1 single family home and am looking for another. My business plan will allow me to become a full-time investor by December of 2009.
Experience
Purchased 1 home that was purchased for 92K. Rehabbed for 7K and sold for 136K FSBO. Net profit was 37K. Needless to say I am hooked. Looking for another SFH or possibly two family if the numbers and area will justify it.
Real Estate Goals
By December 2009 become a full-time REI and continue to build by net worth and cash flow to support my family without relying on our current positions in corporate America. This will be accomplished by acquiring a split of flips and rentals to build consistent cash flow and superior ROIs.
