We also acquire other distressed properties and currently buy/hold most of our portfolio. Our family has a combined 50 years experience in all forms of real estate to include residential, commercial, special use and construction. We have successfully developed a subdivision and are currently negotiating large multi-family opportunities.

Our company will continue to reap the benefits of the current foreclosure market and our successful short sale negotiations. We typically realize 35-50% discounts on our deals and have quickly built significant equity using the technique.
