Experience
I have been a full time investor since October of 2010. I have been focusing on fix and flips but eventually want to make the move to rental units. I have had my real estate license in CO since May of 2011.
Real Estate Goals
Establish a portfolio of 10 rental properties in the next two years. I will build up my cash reserves by doing rehabs in the meantime. My long term goal is to make the transition to commercial real estate.

Networking with like minded people in the Denver area, wholesale deals and a mentor.
