- Purchased, rehabbed and now rented out a duplex
- Purchased, rehabbed and just listed a flip (SFH, 3/1)
- Offer placed on flip #2
- Located duplex #2, will place offer in next 30 days
Short Term Goal- replce my current salary with cashflow by the end of 2011.
Long Term Goal- generate enough cash flow to leave the workforce in 15-20 years (husband and I), focusing entirely on REI or associated businesses.
Stretch Goal: Generate enough cash flow in 10 years!
