My background is in corporate sales and account management. I am new to investing. I am looking to focus on wholesaling, short sales and lease options.
Experience
I am new to real estate investing. I was looking to get started several years ago and attended seminars and REIA meetings but the course of my life changed.
I started marketing for sellers in August '10 so I'm just beginning. My focus is on building a buyers list and really trying to learn as much as possible about the niches that I'm interested in which are wholesaling, pre-foreclosures, lease options and short sales.
Real Estate Goals
I would like to focus on wholesaling, lease options and short sales. From there, I would like to incorporate buy & hold into my long term strategy.
Currently Seeking
Other investors to learn from and share ideas with around the county and other investors in Cleveland. Finding a mentor would be fabulous!
