We have been targeting SFRs in areas outside the state of Oregon because of the positive cashflow. However, we are just now beginning to look at opportunities in Oregon. We have a PM investor (cash) who's interested in SFR opportunities in Salem/ Keizer (these deals will ideally be in need of serious rehab, have at least 1000 sqf of living space, and be in a low-crime area of town). We are more than willing to pay a finder's fee for the right deal.....

Experience

We are part of a RE investing team (with over 40 years of experience in RE transactions). We are currently flipping properties in Oregon.

Real Estate Goals

My wife was able to retire a few months ago off of RE investing and I would also like to be able to retire soon (goal: by the end of 2010).

Currently Seeking

We have PM (Cash) interested in opportunities in the Salem/ Keizer area. We are willing to look at any deal presented to the team.... afterall, it's just numbers!
