I am a broker/investor. I decided to get a RE licenses, because I was tired of losing deals! As well as I have the experience to help the newer investors. Learn from my mistakes, gain from my experience. I am NOT the best, or do I want to come across as boastful, but I have the experience that will help someone gain the freedom they are looking for through RE. Guaranteed retirement in RE is very tangible!
