Hi, I am a real estate invester in Brunswick Ga. My company has some "D" class rental property (3 duplexes and a 7 plex) and a 4b/2b house (middle class). My goal is to meet some other investors who may have an interest in this area. I run across great deals all the time, but I simply don't have the capacity to fund all of them.
