Retired from a corporate career, I now work from home at what I enjoy most -- private real estate investing; helping distressed home owners work through their options to find solutions.

I'm a firm believer in living life on my own terms and retired early from the corporate world in 1997. Married for 43 years. Mother of two extraordinary daughters. Grandmother of two beautiful little girls. Always with a Boxer or two of my own in tow, also an occasional foster mom for the local Boxer Rescue. Champion of worthy causes. Experience

Founding partner of The Luxury Short Sale Group. Cash Buyer with focus on higher-end single-family residences ($500,000 to over $3 million). I have a professional staff with broad experience in short sale negotiation that completed 150 successful Short Sales last year. These were quick flips (A-B, B-C simultaneous closings) where we bought from banks at a distressed price and resold at wholesale. I work closely with listing agents to move their Short Sale listings, and guarantee them a 6% commission for finding my end Buyer. My title company has an impeccable reputation and is able to handle Short Sale closings in all 50 states.
