I am new to the Real Estate Investing world and new to Arizona. My husband and I just recently moved out of Southern California to Payson, Arizona. I thought wholesaling would be my best bet, but it seems that Short Sales is where I have ended up. I am currently working on my first deal and have about 4 right now that I should be starting soon. I am trying to network with other women in the business so that maybe we can help each other.

Experience

So far I have invested ALOT into my education. I have not completed any deals at this point. But I have 1 that should be closing in the next few weeks. I'm focusing my efforts on wholesaling, short sales and have a loan modification program.

Real Estate Goals

Goals:
1. To have one deal under contract by the end of April 2009.

2. To have completed 3 deals by the end of September 2009.

3. To have developed a team that allows me to grow my REI business.

Currently Seeking

Other women to network with, a good title company that understands Real Estate Investors, a Real Estate Attorney, and any others that can encourage me to move forward.

Christina, I might be interested in that short sale in Abington. Can you send me any information? Ironically, my family and I will be vacationing in AZ in July!
