Experience
My Dad was a residential contractor for 44 years before he retired completely, so I have been around real estate most of my life. I have been an appraiser for the past 11 years and got my broker's license in 2004. I have been a member of my local REIA chapter here in Birmingham for over 3 years and have learned a great deal from local investors and the national speakers who come in.
