Experience

Licensed Architect in California, Licensed Real Estate Broker in California, commercial real estate brokerage experience in the 1990s, owned my own architectural firm in the 1980s. I now inspect commercial real estate for commercial lenders and have done over 800 property condition assessment reports and 50 environmental site assessment reports (Phase 1) in the past 10 years.


Real Estate Goals

Now focusing on real estate investments in the following areas, luxury single-family home flips, apartments buy and hold, raw land subdivide and flip, representing bulk REO portfolio purchase buyers ($10M-$100M) and doing individual REO rehab/flips.
