My wife and I have been interested in investing in real estate for years, now we are taking the plunge.

We have taken lots of courses over the years and in this down market we can see the opportunity to wholesale, make some cash and learn the business.

Any help or advice welcome!!

Experience

I began in real estate in my early twenties in England. I mainly bought houses to live in and occasionally rent out.

When I moved to Canada 30 years ago I bought houses to live in and bought one using a lease option that turned out very well.

Since living in the USA part time we have taken lots of RE training and want to get started now that the bubble has burst.

Real Estate Goals

Learn Wholesaling, buy low, sell low get some short term cash in our pockets and see how big we can go!!

Currently Seeking

We are building our buyers list at the moment. We are using PropStream as a deal feed and we want to make friends with REO listing agents.

Oh yes and any help for newbies welcome. Great to be on the site.
