I am so proud and this is my greatest accomplishment. I am a mother of 3 boys, my oldest is Anthony he is 27 and in the Army in Afghanistan. He is my Genius and he looks like Tom Cruise with light hair and he has a heart of gold! My middle son is Brandon he is 22, he was also in the army for a short time and now he has giving me a precious granddaughter, she is 1.5 years old. He is extremely talented and I am so proud that he took responsibility at such a young age. My desires for him are for him to get to do the things he needs to do to be happy. My youngest is Christian and he is 16 and I think finally happy. His is back with me thank you God! He is beautiful and charming and I hope doesnâ€™t break too many hearts!! I try my hardest to make sure he learns respect, responsibility, and perseverance.

I have been licensed for 21 years and have been called the Real Estate Finance Guru. I started in Real Estate when good rates where in the 9%, then I ran a few offices in Finance and later worked in wholesale for some of the large banks. Real Estate Goals

What I do: Real Estate Finance is my expertise. I am a Realtor In Calif with But my main focus now is to help our economy by helping clients and future clients out of this Huge housing disaster. Foreclosures everywhere and like always so many sharks around waiting for the first sign of blood. Vultures just waiting for you to be late on your mortgage, a notice of default to be filed (NOD), target marketing to find out that your home is going into an adjustable; just so they can try to steal it from you for pennies on the dollar. Youâ€™ve heard the term short sale. Oh and donâ€™t forget the Entrepreneurs; The ones who did loans when the market was hot, with very little knowledge (hence were we are now!) You know the old saying if itâ€™s too good to be true it probably is. Unfortunately, most people want to believe in the impossible. Iâ€™ve never been much for telling people what they want to hear just to get the deal. So many times I donâ€™t get the deal cuz I tell the truth.

Iâ€™m here now to help save your home and your credit, unlike most people that are just here to make that commission. I have tons of articles that prove Loan Modifications arenâ€™t working yet people keep giving thousands of dollars in the hopes that this will save them, most are illegal if preformed for a fee. 97% of the loans modified do not lower the payment enough to matter, because they raise the balance or leave as is and your rate keeps going up. Lenders also offer them but they are just a way to get more money out of you.

Why pay full price for a home that is worth less than what you owe. The banks didnâ€™t and theyâ€™re getting money from the government to stay in business. Example some bank buyouts were worth 50 Billion +, yet the banks were purchased for aprox 2 Billion. Most of the loans have been done with Federal violations, TILA and RESPA violations.

Currently Seeking

I am always looking for people who need need help. Especially, If they are getting a NOD or cant afford their mortgage. I am also looking for people who would like to join our cause in trying to fix our economy. The stimulus bill can only help so much. Lenders wont negotiate a deal with the borrower that would actually help the borrower. They have to be forced, legally.
