I have been active in the commercial real estate industry for 16 years (11 currently as a broker, 5 as prior CGREA, almost a designated MAI).

My Background/ Qualifications: Commercial Real Estate Consultant/ Broker providing Commercial Property Appraisal, Valuation & Market Study Consulting Services for the Sale/ Lease/ Purchase of Retail, Office, Industrial & Multi Family Investments in Los Angeles County, active for past 16 years, member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.

Prior background was Commercial Real Estate Appraiser involved in appraisal, valuation and consulting on a regional basis with the MAI designated partner of Curtis-Rosenthal LLC, throughout Southern California for all property types, General Associate Member of Appraisal Institute and Retail Marketing Specialist at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE).
