I am a Ca. Licensed Real Estate Agent and the VP Operations and Director for REO Acquisitions for Kenikell Ceniza Investment Corp located in Pasadena Ca. we have a pool of investors both local and foreign that we help in acquiring bulk REO and short sale properties, recently we also started in Notes. I have done a few tape acquisitions but not that big usually $1M to $10M at a time and only Ca SFR's.
