Hello Folks,
Through dumb luck, my wife and I made some profit on our W. Los Angeles home. We bought in 2003 and decided to move to Austin, TX in 2007. We were even more lucky to have been able to sell the L.A. home in November of 2007.

With a little more free time, a low monthly nut and 80% equity in our new Austin home, I'm looking to leverage this equity to create wealth. I am hoping this forum will help me successfully flip some Austin homes.
