To become a successful investor through short sale acquisitions, REOs, wholesaling and flix/flip investments. I have done my short sale negotiations for a while now and I think I'm good at it. But I'm always looking to learn new and more effective ways of getting results.

Currently Seeking

Currently seeking to network with real estate investors that can fund our deals. In the Minneapolis market, getting the deals is not difficult. The major obstacle is the availability of short term funding for our deals. Secifically, we need 30-90 day funding for our negotiated short sales.
