I've been an investor for over a year. My two partners and I are high school friends. The most experienced of us has been an investor for 10 years and has pretty much done it all as a landlord, wholesaler, financing and he has been involved in bulk REO deals on both sides. He has been teaching and mentoring me in the bulk business, helping me make contacts and I've been marketing and negotiating RTOs. I've also been working on helping the credit challenged buy homes.

I intend to keep learning the bulk REO business, foreclosures and flips. Just once, I'd like to try my hand at doing a rehab to flip. My goal is to become a full time real estate investor. My ultimate goal is to establish a foundation geared toward addressing the problem of homelessness in this country.
