I am a private real estate investor and the President of Agate Properties LLC. We invest in single family and small multi-family properties nationwide. I was educated at the University of Iowa where I received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting. I have over a quarter century of experience in Industrial Cost Accounting, Business Management and Ownership. Agate Properties LLC and I provide Rock Solid Real Estate Investments.

I have been investing full time for over 2 years. I have tried different areas of investing and am a specialist in wholesaling.
Real Estate Goals
Our goal is to close 2 to 3 real estate deals per month. Then to expand from there.
Currently Seeking
We are currently specializing on Short Sale properties. We are seeking cash buyers for the properties we are negotiating.
