My name is Jason Cummins. I am a real estate investor here in the Houston, Texas market. I am partnered with my father, who owns a successful contracting company here in Houston.

As a team we fix & flip and also fix & hold. I usually find the deals, and if it is not one that we are interested in doing or we have too much going on, I wholesale them.
