I am a full time real estate investor and licensed affiliate broker in Memphis TN. I enjoy sports, motorcycles, foosball, and most of all spending time with my wife and son.

Experience

2007-2008 I worked for The Feol Hinricher Companies. In 2008 I sold 72 homes and was awarded the FH Silver Cup award for being the top salesman for the company.

2009 I worked for Investor Nation. That year I sold 53 homes or 73% of all home sales that year for the company.

In 2010 I started working with Memphis Investment Properties. I sold 54 homes that year. It is rewarding to work with such a great group of individuals who care about their clients success.

So far in 2011, as of July 21st I have sold and closed over 50 homes myself and I am looking to crush my previous record.

Real Estate Goals

I want to build a solid portfolio of rental properties to include a minimum of 10 SFR and some multi-units.

I also want to help my clients build a strong portfolio of rental properties to meet their goals and actually win with real estate.

I enjoy working with new or seasoned investors to help them build their investment portfolio. I have several different products available for investors to take advantage of especially in this market.
