noob here wanting to learn all i can to get my feet wet in REI. focused mainly on acquiring rentals in the near future building a small empire ;-) or just enough to get up and work for myself instead of someone else every day. excited about getting to know other members and do some networking hopefully.

to learn all i can while i rebuild my credit. i want to do at least 1 deal by the end of 2009 and prepare myself for more deals in 2010 parlaying those into rental properties.
