Ex-real estate sales person in Detroit Michigan for 13 years. During this time I flipped some properties. But never really taking the time to really learn investing. Got fustrated and hurt when the industry took a totol dive and found myself in the Property preservation business which landed me in LR, Ark- with a large account that lasted a year.

I truly enjoy real estate and the wheeling and dealing of the business. Being each deal is unique, there are endless possibilities of what you may come across. I would have to Start off Wholesaling, since Im working with limited funds. Once I get stable enough, I would move to building some assets. (Holding)

To start doing deals, To Build a list of buyer and sellers, Network, learn and whatever it is necessary for to my business success. And so glad and grateful I stumbled across this site. It is truly the support I needed getting back into the biz.
