I am currently stationed at Andersen AFB, Guam. I am Active Duty Air Force for 3 1/2 years, and absolutely love it. But we do not get paid very much being in the military. Which eventually led me to venture out and find a way for "residual income". I have a family member who lives in California and owns about 100 properties and he has helped a little bit, but I am tired of setting on the sidelines and saying "when I get ready, when I get ready" I am ready just a little nervous. Thanks for all the help.

Experience

I have been to RE school but never took my test to be a "certified" RE agent. I decided to join the Air Force instead, which I do not regret.

Real Estate Goals

My "ultimate goal" is to create a billion dollar company. I want to be a RE investor, but also own several smaller companies such as contractors, etc. I want to expand from investing into Real Estate to building sub-divisions and move up from there to creating million dollar buildings. That is my "ultimate goal", a smaller goal FIRST is to have a house built and have enough money to not have to work and have ALL bills paid off...and I want money to be able to give away and help others in need.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking a mentor or someone that can walk me through the ins and outs. I do not want to make the same mistake that others make "if I don't have to". I want to learn from some of the best minds in the Investing field and begin to put my dreams into action.
