San Antonio, Texas
I am a full-time student at Texas State University that has been in entrepreneurial activities since the end of high school. It was through these paths I took that I found my mentor a little under a month ago and have now converted all my energies to real estate, beginning with wholesaling and acquiring my real estate license, which I now have. I look forward to a life in this industry and the people in it that will guide and instruct me, alongside my many objectives outside of the business world. I will look to close on a wholesale deal this month (09/20) and begin my first long-term investment here in this college town, a place I know will provide many fruitful years to any property I invest in, thanks in advance to everyone that will help me along my road.
Started around mid July when I met my mentor. I have since been pouring 12 hours or more into REI alongside summer school and soon the fall semester.
Buy and hold an exquisitely rehabbed house in the college town of Texas State University, then be known for such work and add a couple more properties to my portfolio. I would like to then enjoy the assumed high demand for them and always have them rented.
Deals, deals, deals. I have investors, I just need to get the art of finding, mainly closing on the deals. I want just enough to cover my closing costs, origination fees, and the start of the rehab before the first withdrawal on a hard money loan for my aforementioned buy and hold investment. :D
