Prior to launching these 2, I spent 6 years working on wall street at BofA, Merrill, Bear Stearns and JP Morgan.

Experience

Own a number of rental properties in the greater Richmond area, currently working on a few rehabs, and actively looking for more properties to 1) rehab, 2) buy and hold, and 3) wholesale.

I also have extensive experience as a financial analyst on wall street, which serves as the basis for my second business - offering real estate investment analysis software to investors and wholesalers.

Real Estate Goals

I am building a large portfolio of single-fam rentals, and transitioning in commercial investing, with a focus on multi-fam acquisition.

Currently Seeking

Anything that I can at under 65% of after-repair value. Single fam and apartment buildings. Also seeking private lenders seeking to earn a short-term 8-10% return secured by real estate.
