I have been a mortgage banker for 5 years before joining NYC as an underwriter. We do conforming and non-conforming commercial loans from $500K to $2billion.

Real Estate Experience

I began investing in multifamilies in 1998 purchaseing a 3 family to live in and help pay the mortgage. I am up to a 6 family now after buying and selling 5 properties since then.
I became a Mortgage Banker on the residential side in 2003. I left that this year to do onlt commercial conforming and non conforming investor loans.
