In my own words...

I work two dead end jobs. Been working half my life to live check by check paying bills since I was 13. I pretty much dropped out of high school to work and take care of my mother, drunk father, and two little brothers. They all now live in Ecuador for the past 6-7 years because of debt issues. I strayed from the path few good times and have never been more focused and determined til the past few yrs when I got promoted at my primary job. I am trying to build myself to financial freedom to bring my family back. I basically work to survive here and for them to survive there and to bring them back. I want my little brothers mostly who were born here to go to college and have opportunities here. The oldest shall be coming middle 2010 so I hope to be ready by then.

A lot of negativity in my life hence why I refrain from filling out profiles about myself. But I want a Profile Complete Award.

Real Estate Experience

Last year when I became interested in the whole real estate investing game I started reading up and researching on it. I started bird dogging for a a bit and made some small cash here and there. Both my jobs consist of me driving around. I audit stores for my company all over NY and I am also a NYC Emergency Medical Technician. I drive around in both company cars. The company car is a little fancy but I like the power behind the sirens of the ambulance. The driving around helped me with the bird dogging and building a buyers list. Both jobs give me the opportunity to network to all kinds of people.

Through my research and bird dogging I've built a strong network of real estate professionals and buyers. I am looking to step up in the real estate game with creative financing. I pretty much home schooled my self about real estate. I should get a certificate or something. I have knowledge of strategies to make money in real estate and want to start implementing. As far as experience goes. I'm up to the waiting game with the banks to accept my offers. And have a few deals lined up actually.

Real Estate Goals

Real estate goals is to pretty much build an empire. No joke. I want to close on 50-60 deals by end of next year. I want build a cash flow by April 2010 where my business can run its self. I want to retire before I'm 35 hopefully sooner. Its going to take hard work from my end but I know I can do it because I've been doing it already. Just need that money to make money. Goal is financial freedom so I can pass my assets and company for my little brothers to run. They are everything to me since I practically raised them since I was 11 yrs old.
